1 can of crabs
3 quail eggs
50 grams of Greek yogurt
50 grams of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
100 grams of pike caviar Lemberg
Peel the cucumber, finely chop. Сlear crabs from skin, chop them. Mix cucumbers, crab and finely chopped eggs, add chopped onions.
Mix mayonnaise with yogurt, add lemon juice. Mix with crabs. Add Lemberg pike caviar (leave 20 grams for decoration), mix, add salt and pepper. Cut the baguette into pieces, grill in a pan until it got golden crust. On a piece of baguette put a few leaves of arugula, put a tablespoon of salad on top. Garnish with a caviar.
